1s follow up a couple of bad defeats with a great win over HSBC. That's promotion form since the start of December. A lost opportunity this season boys?
2s lose tough match at promotion-chasing Alleyns. Still 4 matches to play though and 33 points would be a very useful total
3s win again to move to within 3 points of confirming both promotion & the championship
4s start another winning run with 5-1 demolition of HSBC - Cup glory next week to follow?
AFA Cup glory for the 5s - 1st Cup win for the Club since 1999! No similar party to follow though - saving it for next weekend boys?
Strange goings-on with the 6s, as Ronan's boys get a 60-minute 4-0 pasting from HSBC 8s, before responding with a terrific 3-0 win in the 2nd match. Great character that lads!
7s' incredible journey comes to an end at the hands of Old Actonians 11s (how many Gunnersbury pitches must they book every week?) - tough luck guys - now push on to promotion!
Huge weekend coming up for the Club (20th March) as the 4s take on the 5s in the SAL Senior Novets Cup Final at Kew FC, Riverside Drive, Ham, Richmond, TW10 7QA - kick-off at 3pm. This to be followed by a very happy Club Night for one of those teams!
