The boys u/11 this year are playing 9v9. Myself and Gary Brown run the team, and we have a great bunch of lads who play for us. Because of the increase in match players needed from last year where it was 7 aside, we are always looking for new boys that either fancy playing in a team, or are not getting regular football where they are now. Potential players can just come and train and get a feel for it. Football at Haverhill Rovers youth is always fun, and ensure the kids not only have fun, but also learn to be part of a team as well as personal development with their own footballing ability. The kids all benefit from a combination of qualified FA coaches and highly experienced ex-footballers handing down their knowledge to the boys. This season we are intending to be more competitive on the match day and look to build on last seaons impressive second half to the year.
With 20 Haverhill Rovers Youth teams now affiliated, and with the infastructure in place and support network, this is the town team to be part of.
